UK's first Large Casino Licence will kick start £100m River Hull development

Mixed use scheme will transform east bank with City’s tallest residential tower, 4*hotel, parking, bars, restaurants and speciality student accommodation.

The £100 million mixed use Manor Mill development at Clarence Mill and associated buildings on the east bank of the River Hull next to Drypool Bridge will be home to one of the first large casinos in the UK. The £25-million casino will be built under a public plaza which will also be fronted by four national branded restaurants, all new to the city, as well as 325 dedicated safe car parking spaces.

The 480,000 sq ft Manor Mill scheme incorporates a 23 storey residential tower, which will be Hull’s tallest occupiable building. There is separate accommodation for 490 students and a 4* 170 bedroom Hotel.

The feature footbridge across the River Hull which is nearing completion close to the development site will help make Manor Mill a real destination point for residents and visitors alike, potentially transforming this part of the city centre.
